Exchanges (After the Cooling-Off Period) After the 7-day cooling-off period, we offer exchanges only, provided that:

• The item is unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
• The item has not been damaged, worn, washed, or altered.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
